Angelina Jolie confirmed that her new tattoo is the birthplace of baby daddy Brad Pitt, and says she has no plans to adopt “at this time.” Instead, Angelina is busy using her new movie, Kung Fu Panda 2, as a teaching aid to her children about adoption.

Angelina and her Kung Fu Panda 2 co-star, Jack Black, chatted with Extra about their new film, which deals with the subject of adoption.

“They laughed out loud hysterically through the whole thing and they just loved it, and then I was serious-mom-in-the-car and said, ‘Does anyone have any questions?’” Angie explained of showing her children her new movie.

Angelina’s tattoo is for Brad

Jolie’s latest tattoo sparked adoption speculation last month, when she revealed a new set of map coordinates on her arm, just underneath tattoos of coordinates of the birthplaces of her six children. But as PEOPLE.com suspected, the tattoo was in honor of Pitt, not a new child.

“Well if they know that it’s latitude and longitude they would have figured out quickly that it was Brad’s birthplace.” Jolie told Extra on Wednesday. “It’s Shawnee, Oklahoma.”??

Angelina’s new tattoo

The actress recently revealed a new set of map coordinates on her arm, just underneath tattoos of coordinates of the birthplaces of her six children. The seventh line of coordinates begins with the latitude N 35°10’44”. While the longitude is obscured, it appears to begin with a W instead of an E, which points to the United States.

Pitt was born in Shawnee, Okla., and the coordinates on her arm appear to read N 35°20’33” W 96°56’34,” likely reflecting his birthplace.

Not adoption for now

Earlier this week, the Daily Mirror U.K. and others reported that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are in the process of adopting a child from Haiti. Rather, Ms. Jolie is focused on enhancing the welfare and legal protection of children within Haiti. As such, she has been meeting with government of Haiti officials, Haitian legal experts and non-governmental organizations regarding a new initiative of the Jolie-Pitt Foundation. The recently launched Jolie Legal Fellows Program will assist the justice system in Haiti to improve child protection.
