Brad Pitt offers some cell phone and online etiquette tips when it comes to twitter, online dating and text messaging.
Wired magazine asked Pitt what he thought of tweeting a picture of his wife’s butt like Ashton Kutcher did of Demi Moore. He responds “Don’t take a picture of your wife’s butt. That’s silly. Take pictures of other people’s wives’ butts.”
As for online dating, the ‘Inglourious Basterds’ actor thinks that lying about how much money you make on your profile is accepted and encouraged. “Everyone lies online. In fact, readers expect you to lie. If you don’t, they’ll think you make less than you actually do. So the only way to tell the truth is to lie.”
Wired also asked Pitt in their “Ask a Basterd” article: Can I talk on the phone while taking a whiz? He answers, “No, you can’t talk on the phone! Do you want the guy next to you to hear your entire conversation? That’s why you should only text in the bathroom. Just be sure you don’t hit the wrong button and end up putting a photo of your junk on Twitter. Trust me, you don’t want those followers.”

These are really cool. I love Brad’s answer. so funny. It seems studio wants to market this movie on men. No usual questions about family. But i hope Brad will do an interview and talk alittle about Angie. He doesn’t talk much about her and that gives tabloid a reason to think they are breaking up.

He does not have to talk about Angie or his kids,because even if he did they would still right lies so I am glad he chose something different.

He’s promoting the movie. I think the whole world on its own is doing enough to promote his family. But I’m sure there will be a mention of his beloved family in the interview, whether by himself or the interviewer.
I too like this approach. He is funny and naughty.
But I am not sure if there is an “interview” per se. He is just responding to “questions” about technology etiquette, so I don’t think there will be any mention of anything beyond that, which is probably why he chose this magazine. Maybe in some other format he might be more personal, but I would not be disappointed if it does not happen. I agree that tabloids will print what they want no matter what he says which is probably why he stays quiet.

You’re probably right Jamie, and I too think it’s a wise approach. One thing tho, they say it’s from a bastard point of view but that’s a bit weird since he’s commenting about this century stuff, can’t really imagine Lt. Aldo Raine comment like this about technology lol maybe that’s why most of are reminded of Tyler Durden. Of course that pink shirt in the porn scanning picture, don’t help with that thought lol. Not complaining tho!
