I agree, it’s sacrilege to photoshop Brad, lol! Alas, all magazines are doing it now. I’m still a bit skeptical as to whether these photos are actually for the Chanel campaign. To me it looks like some extras from the photoshoot he did for W magazine, they have the same vibe, white shirt, black pants, loose tie, etc. I’m hoping when we see the actual Chanel ads they will be different and have an original and new concept.
There was something about the “Chanel” photos that was just a bit off for me and I could not explain why. I now realize they air brushed his scar away–the one under his left eye. It gives his rather unnaturally beautiful face (and I love his face!!!) a bit of character. It is like when they air brush Angelina’s mole above her eye away. I like the imperfections. It makes them more real somehow.
At least they left his forehead furrows in. It is who he is and that is just fine. Still beautiful!!!
Thanks so much for the updates! Just wanted to say that I’m pretty sure the collage of Brad pics for Chanel was done by a fan, it’s not an advertisement. Chanel has released a few pics it seems . . . but no ads yet.
