In an interview with Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe, the reggaeton hitmaker talked about co-starring with Brad Pitt in the upcoming assassin action-thriller “Bullet Train”.
As it turns out, some of the action with Pitt didn’t go quite as planned, as Bad Bunny revealed, “I f**ed up his face” during their fight scene.
He also said that shooting the scene took “a lot of effort,” and included a whole week of training to get the choreography down.
“But it is something that I love. I love to put something new to do,” the artist said.
“You know me. I’m a fighter. I’m a wrestler… [it was an] amazing experience,” he added. “Yo. Increíble. I was very excited. Mocionado. Proud because the experience was so good. The movie’s amazing. Brad Pitt is a[n] amazing guy. He was always so respectful and nice with me.”

Greenstein welcomed the “visionary director” driving Bullet Train, David Leitch. Upon taking the stage, he said that he and producing partner Kelly McCormick set out with lofty goals to make something “incredibly original, something that would get people back into the cinema. … I believe we did that.”
Leitch’s film, due July 29, is described as a fun, delirious action-thriller with Brad Pitt leading an ensemble cast of eclectic, diverse assassins — all with connected yet conflicting objectives — set against the backdrop of a non-stop ride through modern-day Japan. It’s a Pitt “like you’ve never seen him before,” praised Leitch. And the footage backed up that claim with Pitt walking the streets of Tokyo while speaking to Sandra Bullock’s character on the telephone as she details his mission — to retrieve a briefcase with a train sticker on it.
‘Bullet Train’ Pulls Into ‘Black Adam’s Former July Slot
Bullet Train is on the move. Sony said today that its Brad Pitt action pic from Columbia Pictures is moving back two weeks from July 15 to July 29 — the slot that opened up with the Dwayne Johnson pic Black Adam moved to the fall.
Taylor-Johnson: ‘Bullet Train’ Was Originally a ‘Dark,’ ‘Vicious Action Piece’ Before Comedy
“Originally this thing was quite a dark, R-rated, vicious action piece, but we hammed it up and made it fun,” star Aaron Taylor-Johnson told HERO Magazine in conversation with Andrew Garfield. “I don’t know what happened, but it became a comedy!”
The “Kick-Ass” alum credited co-star Tyree Henry for channeling his comedic chops both in front of and behind the camera. “I think it’s because the atmosphere was just surrounded by a cloud of fear and ultimately Brian and I felt it was our job to bring light and laughter to set, so if we made the crew laugh it was a good day,” Taylor-Johnson said, calling Tyree Henry a “phenomenal actor” with the “sweetest heart ever.”
“We all just had a laugh,” Taylor-Johnson continued, calling out co-stars Pitt, King, and Shannon. “[Director] David was really open to playing and exploring, it felt like a big breath of fresh air — we had a fantastic time.”
