It’s not your imagination: Tyler Durden is back! The role Brad Pitt made iconic in Fight Club will return in a short story by author Chuck Palahniuk, whose book of the same name served as inspiration for the David Fincher-directed project.
According to Mashable, the Durden story is in Palahniuk’s forthcoming short story collection Make Something Up: Stories You Can’t Unread—a title that also applies to Durden—that’s out May 26. A “precursor story” to Fight Club, “Expedition” is up in full on Mashable. So be sure to read ahead and spoil it for your friends, if only to relive the thrill of doing so with the original work back in the day.
