‘Moneyball’ Heads List Of Movies To Watch Out For In 2011

One of the most unlikely Oscar hopefuls of the year, “Moneyball” stars Brad Pitt and is based on the exploits of Oakland A’s General Manager Billy Beane, who came up with a revolutionary new method to evaluate baseball talent. Co-written by “The Social Network” scribe Aaron Sorkin and also starring Philip Seymour Hoffman, Robin Wright and Jonah Hill, “Moneyball” is already being whispered about as a strong candidate for big Academy Awards. “Moneyball” is also from Bennett Miller, who previously teamed with Hoffman for his Oscar-winning role in “Capote.”
