Brad Pitt has tested the waters for selling his Malibu beach house before, but now it’s official – and on the market for $13.75 million.
While photos of the home aren’t easy to come by, Realtor.com reports the four-bedroom, four-bathroom mid-century modern home faces Point Mugu State Park on one side and has incredible Pacific Ocean views on the other. The home has beach access to a private cove.
According to Real Estalker, Pitt bought the home for $8.41 million in 2005, around the time he was getting a divorce from Jennifer Aniston. Pitt, an architecture fan, extensively renovated the home. In 2009, the house was put up as a “pocket listing” for $18 million – meaning there was an agreement with a broker but it was never advertised or put on the multiple listing service. In comparison, the current $13.75 million listing price seems like a bargain.

it is impossible to see into the property from all angles (huge trees) but the milk glass gate and the vibe of Brad is there.
It’s not far from my fave market(How’s in Trancas)
where you can buy the best locally grown produce and the most delicious, 1/2 the price of any city grocers.
Sad, that there won’t be a “hope” anymore to see Brad & Angie at How’s.
