The movie has already picked up a string of accolades and is nominated for eight Academy Awards at the upcoming Oscars in March (09), including Best Picture and Best Director.
Waltz, who is up for a Best Supporting Actor prize at the Oscars, has already picked up a London Critics’ Circle Film Award for Actor of the Year for his role as Colonel Hans Landa in the 2009 movie.
But he’s convinced Quentin Tarantino’s critically-acclaimed film would never have happened if Pitt hadn’t signed up, because Waltz believes the Fight Club star is responsible for making it such a success.

I saw the latest comments and i have to say that i had a huge technical issue with my laptop two days ago: i’ve lost ALL my documents and my laptop bc that virus is surfing Internet and im not able to update the new pics lately.
Josan is back on tuesday so im sure if i cant post this weekend the latest stuff, she will bring the best pictures as SB always has.
Im so sorry and ask for comprension. I only want the best for SB and im bringing my help trying my best. Forum is always open, so the fans that want to colaborate with SB can do it there brinding pics or articles. I am looking after SB backstage.

Quentin Tarantino, Upper Playground and The Weinstein Company have teamed up to present, The Lost Art of Inglourious Basterds — a benefit for Haiti this Thurday, February 18th 2010 from 6:00-9:00pm in Downtown Los Angeles. A bunch of artists have created their own posters based on Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds. You can check out eleven of the thirteen posters after the jump. The event will be held at The Upper Playground Art Gallery, and all proceeds from this program will be donated to The American Red Cross to help the victims of the Haiti Earthquake. Each print will be numbered and signed by Quentin Tarantino, in a extremely limited edition of only six prints per poster.

You’re never too young to play tourist if you’re kin to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
After spending several months in Los Angeles – with a few weeks in New York – the international family of eight headed to Venice, Italy, on Monday, where Jolie is soon expected to begin shooting her upcoming thriller, The Tourist, with Johnny Depp.

Scott Kosar has been brought on to work on the screenplay for Summit Entertainment’s “Vlad.”
Actor Charlie Hunnam (“Sons of Anarchy”) wrote the original script, which takes an action-oriented look at Dracula, or Vlad the Impaler, as a young prince. Music video director and photographer Anthony Mandler recently came aboard to direct the project and will shepherd Kosar’s work on the screenplay.
Brad Pitt and Dede Gardner are producing through their Plan B shingle. Summit president of production Erik Feig and vp production Meredith Milton are overseeing the project. Jeremy Kleiner is shepherding for Plan B.
